portable Fuel Conditioning & Fuel Dispensing Systems from rugged portable
Fuel Service Carts to state-of-the-art portable Smart Fuel Conditioning &
Dispensing Systems.
Since 1975 Webber EMI has built
thousands of these portable fuel carts most of which remain in daily service
today a tribute to their proven design, rugged construction and unmatched
durability. While all of these high performing
systems are configured to handle the various forms of diesel or gasoline
(California Phase II, Indolene, special high volatility blend & standard
pump grade fuels and gasoline fuels containing up to 15% ETBE & MTBE
alcohol blends), we are pleased to introduce a new line of 100 % Alcohol Capable (AC) portable fuel
conditioning & dispensing systems which now extend our portable fuel
conditioning & dispensing capabilities to now include high concentration
alcohol fuels such as E100, M100, E85 & M85 fuels. Naturally, all Webber EMI portable
Fuel Conditioning and portable Fuel Dispensing Systems conform to applicable

Portable Fuel Service
Carts
Webber EMI Fuel Service (FS) Carts are
designed to safely store and accurately dispense liquid fuels typically used
in vehicle manufacturing & test laboratories. They can be quickly filled from any drum
or stationary fuel storage container and then moved to another location. They are capable of both draining fuel
from a tank and also accurately dispensing fuel. This Fuel Service Cart is light
weight, highly maneuverable and designed for routine movement by a single
operator. This Cart includes high
pressure, inflatable rear pneumatic tires, hard rubber heavy-duty front
swivel caster w/foot brake, electrical grounding reel and an onboard-mounted
fire extinguisher as standard equipment. |

Portable Fuel Conditioning
& Dispensing System
The Webber EMI Model 107 portable FC
Cart is designed to temperature-condition fuel to any operator-selected temperature
and to precisely dispense fuel at that temperature via a conventional fuel
dispensing nozzle. This Cart incorporates a closed fuel system design to
facilitate minimal loss of high end hydrocarbons. In addition to precisely dispensing temperature
conditioned fuel, this Cart can also function as a safe, portable, transfer
pumping system to quickly move fuel from an in-ground or above-ground fuel
storage tank into a standard 55 gallon fuel drum, the optional onboard fuel
tank or another external fuel storage container. Our exclusive interface system allows
an operator to quickly switch operations between different standard 55-gallon
drum of test fuels and to easily mount these drums onto the Carts
accompanying mobile drum dolly. This Cart can also be ordered with an onboard
stainless steel tank in various sizes.
In either configuration, a specially constructed thermal jacket is
included as standard equipment. |

Smart Cart Portable Fuel Conditioning & Dispensing System
The Webber EMI Model 108 Smart Cart represents a
marriage of state-of-the art mechanical, electrical and computer controls
into a consummate fuel conditioning & fuel dispensing system. While others manufacturers rely on hard wired, low
power electrical cabling to reach an intrinsically safe level of code conformity,
the Model 108 Smart Cart transfers information from a potentially hazardous
location to the user via a wireless protocol. Available for use with various fuels and with
varying internal capacities, this Smart Cart serves to address the most
demanding, Class 1, Division 1-rated, customer applications. In its standard form, the Cart can be
configured to offer local- or remote-system-control and data collection via a
touch screen control system. This
Cart is rated for non-continuous, indoor usage and conforms to all applicable
